Full Domestic Rewire & Smart Central Heating System

Below, you will discover a selection of photos displaying a domestic installation in this lovely spacious house in Kent dated to be 150 years old. This four-story house was found in an interesting way with the original lead cabling installation still intact and working.

The premises was stripped back to brick and joist exposing all its hidden treasures including the pully mechanisms and wires for the servant bells.

This installation concluded of a full electrical rewire and a smart controlled central heating system. The premises had a wide variation of electrical items installed form decorative wall lights and chandeliers to modern LED tape lighting and trim less down lights.

This project also included a garage out building with a new distribution board and TT earthing system.
